Q) I'd like some information about my order, what should I do?
A) As part of our order process you will be emailed at each stage of the process right up until it's on it's way to you! You can also email us at email@example.com, use our "contact us" page or our contact telephone number - 07773 123 123

Q) I'm not quite sure about my hat size and I'm worried about ordering a crystallised hat in case it doesn't fit correctly, what can I do?
A) We want to provide the best service for our customers and correct hat sizing is paramount for your safety, so you can use our "Visit Us" to book an appointment to come and try our products at our premises with no obligation to buy.
Q) I really like the crystal designs but I don't need a new hat, will you crystallise my own hat?
A) Yes, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org detailing which hat you already have and we will arrange to crystallise your hat if possible. We may also be able to provide this service gloves, jodhpurs and jackets.
Q) I would really like my name / my horse's name on my hat, can you do this?
A) Yes, you can email us at email@example.com to discuss your requirements and to obtain a quote.
Q) Would you be able to come to my stable yard to demonstrate your products?
A) Yes, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we are able to travel to some locations to do this. You can also join up for our newsletter for informaion on "Glacialis On Tour" to see if we are attending a venue/event near you.
Q) How do I request a different colour crystal on my Glacialis product?
A) If the colour you like is available on our colour chart, we can provide a sample to you through the post and if you are happy with the colour, we can create your Glacialis product for you. Just email email@example.com with details of what you would like. We can also accomodate any mixture of colours you may like for your design.
Q) I'd like to order a crystallised hat and a plain pair of jodhpurs, will I need to wait up to 4 weeks for both items?
A) If the products you are ordering do not require crystallisation then these will be dispatched as soon as possible (usually within 5 working days subject to stock availability).
Q) I would like to order two crystallised hats, will I have to wait 2-4 weeks for both of these?
A) We dispatch our products as soon as they are completed and so these may be dispatched separately.
Q) I would like to purchase a product, but I do not want to order via the website - can I order over the telephone?
A) Yes, we are happy to take orders/payment over the phone, just give us a call on 07773 123 123.
Q) I've got a Gift Voucher, how do I use it?
A) You can use your Voucher when you see us at Equestrian Shows, if you Visit Us at our premises and even on this site! To use your voucher on the site, simply add your chosen Product to your basket, then hit the checkout button. When you see the "Enter Coupon Code" box, just put in the code from the back of the Voucher.
