SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS are a delicate material, which must be handled with special care in accordance with the following care advice in order to avoid damages to the product, which Swarovski, or Glacialis may not be held liable for. To ensure that your Glacialis product remains in beautiful condition over time, please observe the following.

All of our products are made with natural soft materials such as leather, which evolve over time. To preserve its original appearance, we recommend you treat the product with care and avoid direct contact with substances for example; grease, mud, water, perfumes and make-up etc to prevent stains. Take care not cause any unnecessary impacts as this may dislodge the crystals or may cause damage to your product.

You may polish your product carefully with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid contact with harsh, abrasive materials or glass cleaners. When handling your crystal, it is advisable to wear cotton gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints.

Do not place your hat or accessory in locations that are extremely hot or cold, vibrating, exposed to corrosive gases, dusty or dirty, very humid or exposed to direct sunlight.

The circumference of the head just above the ears, measured in centimetres, is used to size riding hats and skull caps. Riding hats and skull caps are sized differently and the table below shows the range of head measurements with the corresponding riding hat and skull cap sizes.
